Corrective actions address the root cause of a problem that can prevent a violation from recurring. After an OSHA citation, employers are required to provide a Certification of Corrective Actions (CCA) or documentation needed to show the method of abatement used to correct cited violations. We develop a corrective action plan that addresses the nature and cause of the violations and provides detailed actions to correct the problem to avoid future injury or illness. We help complete the CCA and/or gather the documents required to show proof of abatement. The displayed price only covers the cost of the Corrective Action Plan (CCA) and/or documentation. Additional charges will apply for site visits to your workplace and for complex investigations. These charges will be communicated to you upfront and will be based on the scope and nature of the additional services required.
