OSHA-AUTHORIZED TRAINER
OSHA 10 & 30 HR GENERAL INDUSTRY

At OSHA Response Assistant, we offer training services designed to meet the diverse needs of organizations operating in general industry. Our training programs are designed to ensure that your employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for a safe and compliant workplace.

Our in-person or virtual training services include, but are not limited to:

​

  • OSHA 10-hour General Industry: This  in-person training course is designed to educate entry level general industry workers on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention of a variety of workplace safety and health issues including, but not limited to, walking-working surfaces, personal protective equipment, fall protection, electrical and emergency procedures. The 10-hour training course is delivered over two days (five hours of training each day). Upon completion of the training course, participants receive an OSHA 10-hour General Industry course completion card, which serves as proof of completion and is accepted by OSHA as documentation of training in the General Industry. This voluntary training can help to prevent workplace accidents and injuries with the basic understanding of the hazards that may be encountered in the workplace and how to avoid them.

  • OSHA 30-hour General Industry: This in-person training course provides a more in-depth training experience for supervisors and workers with safety responsibilities. It covers all of the topics in the 10-hour course and adds additional modules on topics such as managing safety and health and more. The 30-hour training course is more expansive and is delivered over 4 or 5 days, with each day consisting of 7.5 or 6 hours of training, respectively. Upon completion of the training course, participants receive an OSHA 30-hour General Industry course completion card, which serves as proof of completion and is accepted by OSHA as documentation of training in the General Industry. This voluntary training can help to prevent workplace accidents and injuries with the basic understanding of the hazards that may be encountered in the workplace and how to avoid them.

  • General OSHA/Safety Training: This training program covers a wide range of general industry safety topics such as hazard recognition and prevention, personal protective equipment, emergency response, and more. Our training content is carefully curated to ensure that your employees have a comprehensive understanding of the safety best practices within your industry. The duration of the training can vary depending on your organization's needs. The goal of general safety training is to promote a culture of safety and reduce the occurrence of accidents and injuries in the workplace.

  • Company Safety Policy Training: We understand that each organization has its unique policies and procedures. Our Company Safety Policy Training requires that there be established safety policies and procedures in place and is specifically designed to educate your employees about those policies and procedures. The training aims to ensure that all employees are aware of the company's safety policies and are equipped with the necessary knowledge to practice them on a daily basis. The duration of the training can vary depending on the company's specific policies and procedures.
